We manage a wide selection of private villas & apartments that we exclusively market as holiday rentals in Koh Samui. We understand that individuals and families often prefer the freedom and increased privacy or flexibility that comes with renting a privately owned villa but are concerned about who will look after their everyday needs. That is why we take great satisfaction in offering the personal touch with our main focus that guests are happy and have a trouble free holiday for the duration of their stay. We arrange for airport pickups in our luxury minibus to take guests to their chosen villa where they are welcomed by our staff who explain everything they need to know. We can arrange car rental, holiday excursions, Thai massages, spa treatments and can also provide additional value services such as an ‘In House’ chef to cook all the local dishes in their accommodation.
Overview of our service
- Achieve short-term holiday rentals via the ‘Samui Escapes’ website (at URL-http://www.samuiescapes.com) providing online booking for the our portfolio of villas, apartments & condominiums, with related promotions directing enquiries via Samui Emerald’s dedicated web pages.
- Promote mid to long term rentals, should the owners require them, locally on the Island.
- Employ the services of commissionable travel agencies and reservation agents, real estate brokers, advertise, distribute brochures, market online via internet holiday rental portals, post rental signs or use such other means as it, in its sole discretion, deems advisable.
- Airport Transfers. Staff shall pick-up and drop off at designated arrival and departure points on the Island such as Samui airport or ferry terminals.
- Before Arrival of Owners or Tenants. We shall check operation of: air-conditioning units; main water pump; hot water shower units; under sink hot water unit; toilets are operational; gas cooker; fridge; TV and check the villa to ensure it is cleaned to the required standard.
- Guest Service. Manage guest services comparable with hotels and to ensure a overall customer satisfaction and brand reputation is maintained.
- Arrival Introductions. Welcome the occupier upon arrival; demonstrate use of equipment/appliances; answer any questions about the service and supply information about the Island (an ‘Information Portfolio’ shall be provided in each property); Provide additional linen service for each guest where required.
- Property Security. Regularly check that: windows are closed and doors are locked when unoccupied and that there are no signs of unauthorised entry; villa exterior examined for weather related damage and interior checked for water leaks following heavy rain. Any damage shall be reported to the owner by e-mail together with remedial action necessary and costs involved.
- Maintenance. Samui Escapes shall use its best efforts to rectify any faults to equipment/appliances during the owner’s or guest’s period of stay. Furthermore, when unoccupied we shall arrange for periodic inspection of the property and report any work required in order to maintain the property in good condition, including supervision of repairs and maintenance to the villa upon instructions from the owner.
- Book-keeping Service. Provide the owner regular reports together with account details of rental income and expenditure with respect to the rental and management of the villa.
- Rental Payments. Samui Escapes shall receive payment for management and rental services.
