The villa boasts a spacious sun terrace surrounding the infinity edge pool. A sala with seating for eight provides an altogether tempting venue for al-fresco dining. There is a large open plan living & dining area with a combination of modern contemporary and Thai style furnishings. The western style kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher; split level oven; microwave grill; American style fridge/freezer & coffee machine. Two guest bedrooms have folding doors that open out onto the pool terrace and are self contained to ensure privacy is maintained. Upstairs, the large master bedroom suites feature spacious en-suite facilities with sunken bath with ocean views, walk-in showers; dual wash basins; dressing room with built in wardrobes; comfortable chairs and sliding doors leading out onto private balconies.

Kitchen
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living area. Custom built to western standards with high specification appliances including modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, large double-door American style fridge/freezer and coffee machine.Preparing and cooking food on the granite work-tops can be enjoyed whilst absorbing the stunning ocean views!
Living Room
The villa has a large spacious integral living and dining area which is furnished with both traditional Thai furniture, ornaments & paintings that are combined with modern western style furnishings. A 42” LCD TV with DVD player and a selection of satellite channels provide entertainment for all ages. Large folding doors open onto the partly covered sand-stone terraced area creating an indoor and outdoor living space.
Bedrooms
Up to four bedrooms comprising:2 master suites with aircon, full en-suite facilities & sunken baths; 2 Guest bedrooms with queen and twin beds & aircon; 2 further bedrooms which can be used for guests or live in staff if required (Ceiling fans only).
Each of the deluxe appointed master suites on the first floor enjoy stunning ocean views and feature king sized beds, comfortable chairs, flat screen TV with DVD, Aircon and safe with sliding doors leading onto a large private balcony. Each en-suite bathroom has a 2 person sunken jacuzzi bath-tub positioned by the window to take in the views while you enjoy a relaxing bathe with walk-in shower and dual ‘his and hers’ wash basins. Generous sized dressing room with spacious built in wardrobes and dressing table and full length wall mirror.
The 3rd and 4thself-contained bedrooms are accessed via the pool terrace level each with full en-suite facilities, flat screen TV/DVD, Aircon and built-in ward-robes. Both these rooms are matching except for the bed configurations, one providing twin beds and the other a queen bed. Folding doors open to fully enjoy the ocean view and cooling breeze.
Sitting Room
Located between the master suites on the first floor is an additional sitting room providing comfortable contemporary sofa and chairs for guests to relax and unwind, read and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. Complete with ADSL internet connection.
Pool & Sala
The large infinity edge swimming pool is surrounded by a wide sand stone terrace with luxury teak cushioned sun-beds and a covered wooden sala with panoramic ocean views.
